Description: The Transfer Specialist establishes accounts, works with the mapping and transferring of assets and assists with account maintenance. They create documents needed for account establishment at the fund companies and Matrix and follow up on return of needed documentation. They perform trades for the investment of the takeover assets. ACH setup and changes for funds are initiated in the IAS team.
Requirements: Requires some office or business experience, and good basic computer skills; experience handling financial transactions given preference. Requires confidence and good judgment in personal and telephone communications; good people skills appropriate for teamwork and extensive broker contact. Overtime may be required during peak periods, usually from November through the end of January.

Description: Assists school districts and with their retirement plans providing oversite, compliance and coordination of contributions with vendors and fund company representatives.

Description: The position will be responsible for setting up the SRT cases for all new and takeover plans, setting up and maintaining broker\sponsor access on the IVR and Web, updating the SRT case for all fund and source additions and changes in investment options.

Preference given to applicants with greater data entry skills and experience. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.
