This survey gives our clients an opportunity to voice their thoughts about CPI's processes and services. Upon receipt, each completed survey is reviewed by Client Relations for ratings and comments then forwarded on to the Plan Administrator, Supervisor, Manager or applicable internal team for an inquiry into concerns or suggested enhancements. CPI views our clients' ratings and comments seriously. A member of the Client Relations team may personally contact the client to ensure any concerns have been efficiently remedied and/or that clarification of the situation has been discussed.  As an incentive for the client taking a moment out of their day and as a token of our appreciation for their professional comments, we select one client from all surveys received each quarter to receive $100.00.
