The survey allows our clients an opportunity to voice their thoughts about CPI's processes and services. Upon receipt, each survey is reviewed by the Client Relations Department for ratings and comments then forwarded on to the Plan Administrator, Supervisor, Manager or applicable internal team for an inquiry into concerns or suggested enhancements.

CPI views our clients' ratings and comments seriously. A member of the Client Relations Department may personally contact the client to ensure their concern has been efficiently remedied and/or that clarification of the situation has been discussed. 

As an incentive for the client taking a moment out of their day and as a token of our appreciation for their professional comments, we select one client from all surveys received each quarter to receive $100.00.
